I cannot recommend Vinis Renovations & Restorations highly enough! When I discovered a leak in my bathroom, I was understandably stressed, but reaching out to Vinis was one of the best decisions I made. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly responsive. Kassandra was very friendly and said that she would get someone out. They came out right away to assess the situation, which immediately eased my worries. Frank, the General Contractor, was absolutely amazing throughout the process. His attention to detail, patience, and outstanding communication skills made the renovation experience so much smoother than I could have imagined. The crew that handled the renovations was equally impressive. They were thorough, professional, and left my home immaculate after their work. I was genuinely amazed at how beautiful my house looks now—it’s never been better. I am truly grateful to have found Vinis during this daunting time. I had Frank come out to assess a small area of mold in my entry hall closet. He checked to see if any moisture was present on the baseboard as well as doing some other checks. He helped me to figure out why it was such a small area and once I determined if was from some wet towels, he mitigated the situation at no charge. What a relief; I had another company to come out that quoted an astronomical amount of money and work for the same small area. Thank God for honest companies and employees. We really enjoyed working with Vinis! They did three projects for us: tiling the kitchen floor, tiling our foyer in a checkerboard pattern, and installing a mural style backsplash. Our project coordinator, Chris, was professional and thoughtful, and the team that did the installs were efficient, attentive to detail, and very skilled. They always showed up on time and kept us in the loop on project completion timing. Once here, he dove straight into the project, took all the necessary measurements, and walked me through every detail with patience and clarity. The absolute best renovator company in the area. If you are looking for reliable people to work on a project for you who care about their craftsmanship and their reputation, then Vini’s is for you. Starting with the communication, Frank made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. He is a top-tier professional and an honest person. I have had project managers who just dismiss your concerns and act rude when you bring up mistakes. I always had a line of communication with Frank, and he made sure to contact me to ensure the quality was up to my expectations, which it exceeded. He was incredibly kind and professional from the first meeting to the end of the project. I also had my bathroom frame damaged by a previous company, and Frank made sure to take care of it at his own expense. Every worker who was in my home arrived on time and completed the work with such attention to detail that I am consistently stunned when I walk into my new bathroom. I felt throughout the entire project that they cared for me and my home, and they were not here simply to collect a paycheck. I will be using Vini’s from here on out for the future projects that I have planned down the line. I felt completely secure with this company from start to finish, and Frank can attest that I was filled with anxiety from the last company that attempted the project. In the end, I am so happy these events led me to Vini’s because finding a reliable contractor is very difficult, but I no longer have that worry. Thank you!!!!!! Our basement was flooded due to a leak from the neighbor's water line. After the insurance agent came for inspection and contacted Vinis, the representative Frank came and explained the services. I recently experienced damage to my kitchen flooring due to an overflowing sink. Vinis Restoration was assigned to my claim to perform water mitigation and assess the damage that was done. Once the assessment was completed and the area was dried out, I was approved to have my entire downstairs flooring to be replaced. Carlos who was the Project Supervisor, contacted me to look at the damage and showed me flooring samples. Because the damaged tile in the kitchen was the same tile throughout my entire downstairs, he negotiated with my insurance company to have the entire downstairs redone. He was very patient with me as I was a bit indecisive about which flooring to choose. I chose a darker shade than my original flooring because the tile was not available. After I made my selection, carlos and his team, which consisted of Irra and Darwin, came in and worked their magic. The team did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my floors! They were professional, efficient and skillful in installing the new floors. They covered and handled my furniture with care. When the job was complete, they removed all trash and debris and made sure my furniture was returned back to its original space. The new flooring really gives my home a warmer and richer feel. We had a wonderful experience with Vinis Renovation & Restoration, from start to finish. We had water damage in our basement due to a septic backup, and needed fairly extensive work done. We were connected with Vinis through our insurance company, and right away they were responsive, helpful, and professional. They gave us a detailed estimate and we didn’t have to wait long to get the work done. The crew was always on time, worked diligently, and were respectful of us and our property. They kept us informed throughout the process, and were always friendly and professional. The work they did was top notch!! We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work, and they went above and beyond in a few places to make sure we had what we needed. They also sent a cleaning crew the day after they finished, who left our basement spotless. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! I recently opened a salon, Afflatus Beauty Studio, in Beltsville MD and Vini's Renovation did my complete build out. From the very first consultation they were EXTREMELY professional and communicative. I knew immediately I wanted to work with them over other contracting companies I had contacted. They turned an old tag & title place into my dream luxury salon! They listened to all my detailed visions and took care of everything from applying for county permits to getting me through inspection. Vini's added additional plumbing for my shampoo bowls, installed flooring, painted, updated my lighting and electrical capabilities, built out a breakroom for my stylists/staff & more. When I show people the before and after pictures (some are posted with this review), they are absolutely amazed. My clients LOVE coming here. I tell everyone I know about their great work and customer service. Even after their service was completed, if I ever have any issues, they are prompt and polite with handling whatever is needed. I highly recommend Vini’s Renovation & Restoration. After my 100-year-old mother’s bedroom ceiling collapsed, Vini responded quickly and came out right away to assess the situation. From the start, he was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We ended up replacing all of the ceilings in the home. Vini and his crew did outstanding work with excellent craftsmanship, efficient service, and great attention to detail. Vini made sure the job was completed quickly, even working over the weekend, with his main priority being my mother’s safety and getting her back into her home. They handled everything, including moving furniture, replacing the ceilings, painting, installing new light fixtures and helping us through the insurance process, which made a very stressful situation much easier. We were so impressed that we also hired them to replace the roof, which they completed in just one day with the same high level of quality and efficiency. From the moment my husband called Vinis Renovation & Restoration, it was a great experience. Irrael and Victor did such a wonderful job on our master bath renovation—the attention to detail really shows. Vini, Vinicio, and Carlos would regularly stop by to check on the progress and make sure everything was going smoothly. Everyone was professional, responsive, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Communication was seamless throughout. We had a group chat where someone was consistently available to answer questions and keep us updated. We did run into a few product delays and had to swap out some items that didn’t fit, but the team handled everything with flexibility and patience. They adjusted the schedule as needed, kept us in the loop every step of the way, and made the entire renovation experience far less stressful. We absolutely LOVE our brand new bathroom.
